We make every effort to ensure that the information about our products/services, including descriptions, pricing, and availability, is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. If a product is misrepresented, we will take the necessary steps to correct the issue, including offering a refund or exchange where applicable.
Pricing: Prices listed on our website are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and may be subject to change without prior notice. The final price, including taxes, shipping, and handling fees, will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. Ordering and Payment Terms
Order Process: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting our customer service team. You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), bank transfers, and mobile wallets (e.g., GCash, PayMaya). By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Information: We offer several shipping options depending on your location. The shipping costs and estimated delivery time will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and provide a refund or replacement where applicable.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy
Return Conditions: We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. To return a product, it must be in its original condition and packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 14 days, depending on the payment method used.
Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods
- Clearance or sale items
- Custom-made or personalized products
Return Shipping Costs: In the case of defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will bear the cost of return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Warranty and Guarantee
Our products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated. To claim a warranty, please contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes that arise between you and QuickFab shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration, with the arbitration venue being Caloocan City, Philippines.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason deemed necessary by us. Termination does not affect any obligations or rights accrued before termination.
